Net-to-Net, Inc. Network – Terms Of Use

Last Updated: August 12, 2026

Welcome to the Net-to-Net, Inc. Digital Media Network. This Network is owned, operated, and maintained strictly under the parent legal entity of Net-to-Net, Inc. (incorporated 1995).

1. Acceptance of Terms & Network Scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, forums, live chats, and services provided by Net-to-Net, Inc. (“N2N,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to N2N.info, SportsClubhouse.com, and all associated localized county-level information services, directories, and 301-redirected domains (collectively, the “Network” or “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the N2N Network and/or our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Subscriber Agreement.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and N2N. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Network and must cease access immediately.

Because the Network utilizes a centralized infrastructure, your user account credentials, login sessions, and active membership tokens (including Basic, Pro, and Team Passes) are unified. Your interaction with any domain pointer or subfolder within our 140+ website digital ecosystem is fully governed under this single corporate umbrella shield.

1.1. Description of Services and Network Properties

The “Services” provided by Net-to-Net, Inc. encompass our entire digital publishing network, including but not limited to:

  • News & Editorial Content: Localized county news, national updates, text, graphics, data, and editorial commentary hosted across N2N.info and all redirected county information properties (e.g., ShelbyCounty.info, JeffersonCounty.info, MiamiDadeCo.info).
  • Community Interactive Features: Embedded discussion forums, messaging boards, and live interactive chat rooms hosted and facilitated via our integration partner, Website Toolbox, across all network pages and SportsClubhouse.com.
  • Premium Subscription Infrastructure: Account registration, user profile synchronization, and secure checkout portals managed through our WooCommerce billing engines.

N2N reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any specific local county service, team forum, or live chat room at any time, with or without notice to you, to protect the operational integrity of the broader Network.

Ensure your account security details match our unified system guidelines.

2. User Accounts, Security, and Password Policies

To access premium content tiers, interactive forums, or live chat networks under Net-to-Net, Inc., you must register for an account through our centralized WooCommerce portal. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for updating this data to maintain its accuracy.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to immediately notify Net-to-Net, Inc. via support@n2n.info of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of network security.

2.1. Account Sharing and Dynamic Token Revocation

Subscriptions, Basic Passes, Pro Memberships, and Team Passes are granted strictly for individual, single-user access. Sharing your account login credentials, cross-domain session cookies, or access tokens to allow non-paying users entry into premium sections violates this agreement.

If our security systems or Stripe payment integrity monitoring detect concurrent logins from distinct geographic locations or unauthorized account sharing, Net-to-Net, Inc. reserves the absolute right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access privileges without notice or refund.

Review the unified billing conditions and multi-team volume pricing structures for our network below.

3. Subscription Fees, Stripe Transactions, and Multi-Team Billing

Net-to-Net, Inc. operates a tiered, recurring subscription network under our WooCommerce engine. By purchasing a Basic Pass ($2.95/mo or $29.95/yr), a Pro Pass ($9.95/mo or $99.95/yr), or any individual Team Sports Pass, you explicitly authorize our payment gateway, Stripe, to charge your designated credit card or payment method automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Your subscription billing cycle begins immediately upon a successful transaction and will automatically renew at the same rate on the first day of your next billing cycle unless you actively terminate your subscription through your account profile dashboard prior to the renewal date.

3.1. Dynamic Volume Cart Discounting Rules

Our sports division utilizes a sliding-scale, volume-discount structure designed for multi-team access. Individual Team Sports Passes are base-priced at $9.95 per month. As you add additional standalone teams to your global subscription cart, our dynamic billing engine automatically lowers the per-team line-item cost on your statement down to a fixed, flat-rate floor of $5.95 per team upon selecting five (5) or more distinct properties.

Modifications to your active team selections (adding or removing followed teams) made mid-billing cycle will be calculated dynamically by WooCommerce. Any resulting balance adjustments or prorated adjustments will be automatically applied to your next monthly or annual Stripe billing statement.

3.2. Strict No-Refunds Policy and Access State

Because all breaking news databases, local county discussion boards, and live embedded chat spaces are instantly accessible upon a successful payment verification, all sales are final. Net-to-Net, Inc. does not issue full, partial, or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or unused membership time.

Upon a valid subscription cancellation, your premium access credentials will remain fully functional until the exact calendar conclusion of your current paid billing period, at which point your single sign-on user tokens will automatically drop back to standard free user access restrictions.

Review our structural guidelines regarding user interactions and platform liability limits.

4. User-Generated Content and Live Chat Code of Conduct

Net-to-Net, Inc. provides interactive community hubs, including discussion message boards, team forums, and live real-time chat rooms facilitated via our integrated partner, Website Toolbox. You maintain sole legal and civil responsibility for all text, files, commentary, graphics, or images you publicly post, transmit, or upload across the Network.

By uploading any graphics or images into our team forums or live chat feeds, you explicitly acknowledge that these assets are securely processed and hosted by Website Toolbox. You are solely responsible for stripping any sensitive embedded metadata, including EXIF geographic or GPS location data, from your files prior to uploading. Net-to-Net, Inc. assumes no liability for the exposure of private metadata chosen to be uploaded by users.

4.1. Prohibited Interactive Behavior and Banning Rules

To maintain a high-quality community network, you agree not to transmit any content that is defamatory, intentionally fraudulent, obscene, abusive, racially offensive, or constitutes unauthorized commercial solicitations (spam). Sharing proprietary premium team metrics, insider sports links, or scraping news content from premium tiers is strictly prohibited.

Net-to-Net, Inc. retains the absolute right, but does not assume the obligation, to utilize automated word filters, community moderation flags, or physical staff review to delete, move, or edit posts. Violation of this conduct policy will result in immediate termination of your Single Sign-On (SSO) user tokens. Banned accounts permanently forfeit any active subscription balances, and no refunds or prorated credits will be generated under any circumstances.

4.2. Third-Party Publisher Liability Shield (Section 230 Disclaimer)

In accordance with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and global internet infrastructure protections, Net-to-Net, Inc. functions strictly as an interactive computer service provider. We shall not be treated, held liable, or legally pursued as the publisher, speaker, or author of any information, links, images, or opinions transmitted into our Website Toolbox forums or live streaming chat feeds by our end users.

Review our framework for brand protection, proprietary assets, and trademark compliance across our networks.

5. Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Brand Protection

All original content, features, and functionality hosted across the Network—including but not limited to articles, breaking news coverage, software code, database arrangements, graphic iconography, visual interfaces, and the unique layout designs of our Localized Entities—are the exclusive property of Net-to-Net, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The N2N.info magnifying glass lens logo, the Sports Clubhouse insignia, and our proprietary network tagline, “Search. Learn. Our trademarks, logos, and brand styling elements may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of Net-to-Net, Inc.

5.1. Limited User License for Localized Information

N2N grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and print individual informational articles, localized entity directories, or team scores strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, systematically download, crawl, or harvest data from our Network infrastructure for inclusion in external databases or competing media outlets without explicit commercial licensing agreements from us.

Review our formal copyright protection protocols and third-party content dispute guidelines below.

6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Takedown Policy

N2N respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we maintain a strict safe-harbor protocol to address claims of unauthorized copyright infringement occurring within our Website Toolbox forums, live chat networks, or any Localized Entity pages.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any user-generated content hosted on our Network infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent via email at legal@n2n.info.

6.1. Mandatory Requirements for Infringement Notices

To be processed effectively by Net-to-Net, Inc., your DMCA notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the exact subfolder page URL or forum link.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit N2N to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant statutory infringement notice, N2N will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the offending material from our active databases and network displays.

Review our standard operational risk disclaimers and corporate liability limits below.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All content, editorial breaking news, sports metrics, database records, directories, and interactive community communication tools hosted across the Network are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Net-to-Net, Inc. makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, uptime, or reliability of any data displayed on the Network or the outcome of any sports game, league event, or localized entity activity. There is no gambling or wagering offered, hosted, or facilitated anywhere on this Network.

In no event shall Net-to-Net, Inc., its corporate officers, directors, employees, or contracted moderators be held liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Network, the embedded Website Toolbox forums, or the WooCommerce checkout engines, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law and Legal Venue

These Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Subscriber Agreement, along with any operational disputes arising out of your interaction with the Network, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You explicitly agree and submit to the sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within the State of Alabama for the resolution of any legal actions or proceedings arising out of this agreement or your use of Net-to-Net, Inc. services.
